Clinical records are kept according to applicable healthcare rules. Website form submissions are treated as administrative requests and retained only as long as needed to schedule or respond.

This site may be hosted and delivered through standard web infrastructure providers. Those providers process technical data such as IP addresses and browser type to serve pages securely.
